I am a PAS125 certified, ATA accredited (and registered), NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified car body fitter in accident repairs, Car body fitting and diagnostics by trade and have been working in this field for almost 21 years.

I am also PAS125 Certified, ATA accredited (and Registered) for ADAS (Advanced driver assist system) and I am able to give you a calibration certificate in accordance with the ADAS code of conduct April 2021 for any ADAS calibrations carried out.

I am a member of the IMI (institute of the Motor Industry) Membership no. 20170603221 

I am tested and re-accredited every 3 years by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) at the Thatcham automotive research centre to ensure I work to both industry and manufacturers standards. 

Having worked for Tesla for over 4 years too, I am fully high voltage trained

I first started a small part time business in 2009, and have been serving Medway, Gravesend, Swale including  the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, South and SE London and Essex ever since, in my spare time, after work and weekends.

By providing good quality work at affordable prices, aiming for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. relying on good word of mouth as my advertising I have been slowly growing Medway Diagnostics in my spare time, after work and weekends.

Each year has seen continued growth with a good reputation in both the motor trade sub contracting to local car dealers, service centres and local branches of two of the UK's largest groups of accident repair centres as well as retail customers including repeat business from many satisfied customers that enjoy a good professional service, good knowledge and good advice at a good price, knowing exactly what they will be paying for upfront without any hidden or unexpected charges.

Recent years have seen a large amount of investment into new equipment to bring dealer level diagnostics to Medway Diagnostics and it's customers, and also the beginning of online advertising on third party websites I have also added the facility to take card payments to give customers additional payment options.

I hope to continue this growth long into the future.
